FAQS &

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • What will I gain from the free discovery call?

    We will have a free, no obligation meeting via Zoom for 30 minutes.


    I will send you a Zoom link via email, once you secure your time slot with me.


    This will enable us both to meet, and for us to discuss your needs, to get to know each other, for us to determine together how best to move forward.

  • Will all of our sessions be delivered online or can we meet in person?

    I am here to help you, so for this reason, I have a flexible approach.


    If you are based in London or can travel to London, I am more than happy for us to conduct all or some of our sessions in person in a Central London location. 


    Alternatively, if you are outside of London or prefer to have some or all of your sessions conducted via Zoom, I am happy to facilitate this as well.


  • What are your Central London fees?

    Central London Sessions


    Should you wish for us to meet in person for all of our sessions, including the initial consultation, I'm happy to do so. Following our initial consultation, you may choose if you wish to have single sessions or select a package of 3 or 5 coaching sessions. 


    The fees are:-

    1. Initial consultation, £175 (90 mins)
    2. Each single session thereafter, £110 (90 mins)
    3. Package of 3 sessions, £305
    4. Package of 5 sessions, £505

  • What are your online/Zoom fees?

    Online/Zoom Sessions


    Should you wish to have all of our sessions online, including the initial consultation, I'm happy to do so. Following our initial consultation, you may choose if you wish to have single sessions or select a package of 3 or 5 coaching sessions. 


    The fees are:-


    Initial consultation, £95 (90 mins)

    Each single session thereafter, £70 (90 mins)

    Package of 3 sessions, £190

    Package of 5 sessions, £300

  • If I book a session, but I am unable to attend, will I be charged?

    I fully understand and can also appreciate that things happen in life, which means that a session may need to be rearranged.


    Where possible, please give me at least 24 hours notice before our scheduled session, should you need to rearrange our session. 


    If you miss our session due to an emergency, please contact me within 24 hours of our original session (unless there are grave extenuating circumstances), so we may reschedule at a mutually convenient day and time.


    If I do not hear from you, the missed session will be noted as having taken place, and you will not be able to claim it back. 

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No - All payments made are final and non-refundable.

  • Do you offer support with court documentation and attending court itself?

    Yes I do - Should you wish for me to accompany you, this is a bespoke package that I offer. We can speak about this during our session, where we will discuss the fee, and the ways in which I can assist.
